- Spencer j foster a.k.a The General and also known as the chozen son yungfabe. born on the 19th day of February 1985 in Hammond Louisiana. The General started his music career at the age of 7 doing talent shows and local venues for youth events. He was back and forth to Cobb county ga, where his mother lived doing many team summit events and other activities At the age of 15 he was performing for a local crowd in his home town Hammond la, where he ran into a upcoming label who was looking to push more artist the label was called cut throat records the label of former rap artist James tap Jr. also known as Soulja Slim who was gun down and died on November 26, 2003. The General ended up getting in contact with a manager who was a associate of cut throat committee he started getting him more gigs and getting him into different concerts though The General didn’t sign with cut throat due to family reasons he went on to pursue his rap career by that time he was in and out of school ,getting into all types of trouble two years later his mother Evangela Robertson known as tina had moved to Texas leaving Georgia behind to make a better life for her 3 children one who is in prison. She called Spencer aka the General to come live with her cause she felt there was more opportunities for him and his music career at the time his mother Tina was friends with a local guy who was also a DJ for 97 9 the box and he asked if he could get one of his songs to play on the morning show it was a big deal because at the same time there was a up coming label in town by the name of office inc. who was searching for new artist they heard The Generals song on the radio and called in to get some contact information on him and sure thing they did The General end up meeting with the record company the next day. He stood in front of the CEO and Anr’s on the label and gave them everything he had not even 20 minutes later he was signing the contract. He moved back to Louisiana with the label to pursue his career he went on to perform with some of the best rappers to come out of the state of Louisiana artist like U.n.l.v , Choppa styles , Hurricane Chris, Cash Money artist Lil wayne , and Trill entertainment artist Lil Boosie and webbie. The General met a lot of people out of his record deal with office inc. he got many call backs from labels like Columbia records, Interscope records, slip-and slide and many other record companies he was in the process of signing on to one of the labels but in the process the label end up selling all ownership and rights to another label. But that didn’t stop him there he new that there was going to be a door opening for him real soon. So what he did was pushed his self doing all types of concerts and venues paying for everything out of his on pocket and much help from long time relative and friend Henry gray aka Lil hen. In 2008 he decided to start his own label Honest music inc. which Lil hen his long time partner in the music industry is his president of the label and a artist. Sense 2008 both has put major work into this label being the Ceo , president ,producers ,engineers , artist, and street team doing what ever it takes to get the label to meet its expectations. Spencer foster entrepreneur , artist and Ceo of Honest music & is now on slip-n-slide records on da grind....
